Reid is genuinely a “trusted realtor” with whom you feel comfortable having on your side. He's knowledgeable about the market, buy/sell process, well connected with other realtors, calm, positive and practical, and quickly responds to inquiries by email, phone or text (even on the weekends), and overall helped pave the way for a smooth sales transaction, which included navigating offers and counteroffers and ultimately helping to secure a sales price above listing.

Reid's knowledge and professionalism is second to none. This was the first time we ever sold, and Reid was extremely patient and helpful in answering any question we had. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Our place needed a little bit of extra care to prepare it for sale and he was able to guide us through every step. He helped identify which updates and upgrades would bring in the maximum return on investment and avoid any unnecessary costs. He provided referrals for contractors, cleaners, staging, and more. Not once did he pressure or push us to use any of the referrals he provided. While we didn't end up going with all of the referrals, we did use quite a few of them as their pricing and work were very competitive to other sources we found on our own. We've worked with other agents on prior purchases and always had less than perfect experiences. We just assumed that was par for the course when dealing with real estate agents. Now we know better. There are levels to this and Reid is clearly a top tier agent.

Reid's helped us purchase and sell two separate properties - our first home purchase (townhome on the Westside) and then a single-family home closer to the Valley. Both sides of both transactions went smoothly and Reid did a great job at keeping us even keeled throughout all the ups and downs.
